This store has very poor customer service when trying to return something. I purchased a gift and found out when I opened it that it was defective. One of the earbuds was not working. The source tells me, even after complaining by phone that I have to go through the company for a replacement. I have never heard of such a thing. I should not have to do their legwork. It is not my problem that I have an item that is broken. The store should replace and they should go through the company, not me. I will never shop at The Source again There are plenty of other stores that sell the same products. Sandi
