Brought my computer in to get a quote on getting fixed. I came back 2 hours later to get it fixed at the price they quoted at but it wasn't the same guy working at the geek squad and when I told the new guy how much the other guy quoted the repair he accused me of lying and he told me the price to get it fixed was more then double what was told to me, which is $100 cheaper then the price of a new computer.... so I went to apple and they got it fixed for cheaper than the original price, overall TERRIBLE customer service in the geek squad

Would have been a 5 star to reflect the friendly helpful staff, however this store seems to have issues keeping product properly stocked on their shelves. When your website says a local store has something in stock, then it should be there, on the self without sending employees into the back. Would have used your reserve ahead online service however when I used this on my previous purchase, was several hours before I received a reply and store would be closed. Online back order to store was 5 or more days. amazon.ca has same price with free shipping and delivery in 48 hours. This sale went to amazon. Better luck next time.

The renovated store looks very classy. Lights and displays were amazing. Almost all speakers and headphones had a demo piece that we could try. Cameras section could be bigger. The TV section was beautiful as well. It's a nice experience to simply just walk around and try those devices. Kudos!

Team at this store treated me very well and with the the utmost professionalism you could possibly expect. I believe you will have a good customer experience at this store

I bought an open-box tablet. Used it for a month before I did an update & was impossible to do anything. Long story short, brought it back & I hadn't factory reset it. I told the Rep to go to acct's & go to factory reset. She didn't even acknowledge what I said & did it her own way. She tells me to sign in to Google accounts.. I get home & ALL my devices are asking for my password, she DELETED my e-mail account. I cannot recover this email. Not to mention before I returned my tablet I called from noon-3pm no answer. I called EVERY department. It's not 7:30pm & I've made over 80 calls & still no answer. Customer service is awful ! Never again. Every time I've bought from Best Buy it's always an issue with product for reps.
