Helpful staff, although sometimes overwhelmed. Lots of unique items, many are final sale which you must take into account before your purchase.
This is a great place to get Refurbished and Brand New products. The Prices they offer on the Brand New products are still much cheaper then any o the place that iv'e seen. And, the refurbished products are at a price that is simply a great deal. I've noticed folks see the word refurbished and they run. And the refurbished products may simply have a scratch or a dent, and sometimes has nothing to do with the electric systems. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a great deal.
I bought Many items from this place. So far whatever i bought has survived without any failure. For example, i bought a Sony home theatre system 3 years ago which still works like a champ. All SD cards i bought from here, are still functioning properly. But as everyone else has mentioned, the attitude of the staff needs to be fixed asap if customers are to be retained. But when buying items, please triple check as there are a bunch of knock-off items as well, in the store.. Remember, you get what you pay for!
Garbage service. Very slow. Great prices. Good deals but not enough staff to accommodate everyone on a busy day. For instance one time I went in to get a car dash camera Which are behind the counter and there was literally 15 people waiting for service and one poor guy working trying to accommodate everyone. You should be ashamed of yourself who ever owns and operates that business. HIRE more STAFF!!! O that's right your too cheap!!!
There's some good deals to be found here. The store is fairly well organized, not everything is accurately priced though. Overall, the place is worth checking out. They've got cables, antennas, TVs, hair dryers, refurbished computers, and much more.
