Best pet valu in the city! The store is wonderfuly organised (personally my favourite place to buy pet products) The staff is wonderful especially the owner, they all make sure the dogs gets treats and because of this it's also a favourite for the dogs! I have a foster puppy who is allergic to chicken and we had an awful time finding him things to chew, we were buying him veggie bones but they weren't his favourite so we asked the staff and the first thing they reccomended was iced cubes and frozen bananas! They also reccomended a cheese bone it was a bit expensive but it lasted through all 4 dogs for about 3 weeks. We ended up going back and getting them each a cheese bone in their size. Even with my lab Bella who is a very strong chewer hers still lasted about 2 weeks with her constantly crunching on it! So yeah very great service would absolutely reccomend!

Great place have encountered rude employees but i go to a petvalu at least once a week
I go here pretty much every week and the ladies are so sweet and helpful. The store cats are cuties too :)
My beloved husky Luna and I are very grateful to the staff at this location. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff are very friendly. We also enjoy visiting the two cats, D.O.G. and Magi (or Angel and Trouble like a friend of mine calls them :).
