Despite everyones poor reviews, this is a great place, beautiful animals, great prices/staff and conditions are exceptional
Amazing place! I studied animal management and this place knows more than any other petstores in Windsor. Knowledgeable people, super friendly, honest and do not try to sell you nonsense. Lots of live animals and products. Great for aquarium hobbyists too!!
Went here a lot as kid to buy fish supplies came back on Thursday December 19th 2017 and had noticed they moved their fish tank room. Went in looking for drift wood and was helped by a worker about 5 minutes in after he was done with others, I asked him a price and got a reply back after he went to go and see,then as he gave me the item back he just stood there looking at me until I told him I'm just going to keep looking ( little awkward service) but he said okay just let me know and I'll come help you, so he was quite friendly. As I was still looking another worker came over and asked me if I needed help, I could tell he was more management based. I described I was looking at drift wood for my PH LEVEL in tank and he immediately told me I was looking at the wrong things, helped me find a good item instead.... Asked him about where I can find sand etc for a new tank, he showed me an area that was disorganized and relatively hard for me to find things, I love their huge selection however a clean up day is needed and I'd be happy to help for some money ahha! However that's my only downfall is it looks disorganized and in some areas so it would be hard for me to enjoy browsing ! Overall don't read these old comments about mistreatment of animals.... They are all bias and obviously this place would have been shut down already, Windsor keeps on it's stores... Great location and a wide selection, prices are reasonable and the management seems very wise and kind!
Sickening conditions. Horrible place, they literally do not care about animals at all. Should be shut down. I will be contacting someone about these conditions because it is abuse and neglect. Very sad.
Interested in an animal, but... There's signs on the door that say I can't enter the room to look at them...? Considering all the reviews about sick animals on here, it's probably a good thing I never got a pet here.
