First time spa goer here so I don’t have a comparison. However, they made me feel super comfortable, relaxed, no pressure and very informative. Really friendly staff, enjoyed the service. Thank you.
Extremely professional and friendly service. Went in for a massage and facial for my birthday. Would definitely recommend. Very relaxing!

Awful hotel spa that has aethesticians performing massages to save money but charges clients the same price as an RMT massage. RMT only available by request and not advertised that a non RMT will be used - not common practice anymore as a qualified, trained and registered professional should be performing massage therapy at any spa, especially one that prides itself on its name. Very rude staff and unwelcoming atmosphere. Avoid and book for a massage at a surrounding clinic with licenced RMT available.
