This is a great little place. The owner is wonderful and above all, passionate about what she does. There are people who own businesses to make money, and there are those who own businesses because they love what they do. Thyme to Go is a great example of the latter.
I regularly stop here to pick up food to go and have never been disappointed. However, today's selection, Chicken and Wild Mushroom Lasagna as out of this world, super-tasty.
Great organic and vegan ready to go food. When what I wanted wasn't available, the owner encouraged me to call and she would be happy to custom make it.
Its sometimes a little pricey, but well worth the extra. Thanks for a wonderful alternative to all the bland, salty, fatty take out food that pervades Windsor's long list of quick eats.
