I bought a set of Washer and dryer back in April of 2016. The washer is now a piece of scrap Metal. I called them up. They told me too bad you did not purchase extended warranty. what a disgrace this place is. They do not care about their customers or keep their loyality
As some other reviewers have mentioned, only shop at this store if you hate yourself and you like wasting your money and time.
Purchased a custome order sofa with lounger. Took an extra week for it to come in, no reason or apology given.
After the first 2 months of ownership and LIGHT USE the drier broke. When I went to the store in person to have it warrantied they yelled at me and told me the store doesn't "deal with warranties" that I had to go through a special company they outsourced. This in itself was absolutely ridiculous, but I called the company.
Don't buy from this place! They are dishonest and crooked. Buy anywhere else or save your money! This place will rip you off!
The delivery crew dropped it off the back of the truck. Cracked the corner. Only excuses as to what happened, no apology. Called the store to talk with them, no restitution. Paid $2000 for a damaged sofa!!
Unfortunately it has been a year later and the motor has stopped working on the drier again, so I'm stuck dealing with this crap all over again and with no help from anyone from the store. I just hope this time it won't take 3 months to get my drier fixed when I paid so much for their so-called "hassle free warranty". This place has terrible customer service and is only out to make a sale and get your money, after that they become extremely rude and care little about what happens to you post-purchase. Buyer beware, vote with your money!
I purchased a brand new washer and drier set for $3000 (including tax), plus I paid an additional $500 (including tax) for a "full coverage, hassle free warranty", totalling $3500.
Finally another month passes and he comes to replace the motor. The repair man (Dan was his name) was extremely rude and didn't explain anything and never answered his phone. After he replaced the motor I noticed a much more audible sound coming from the drier while in use, but it was working, so I didn't dare to put myself through another warranty process for a loud noise.
I purchased two cabinets and was told that there would be some assembly required. When I picked up the cabinets they require 100% assembly. Huge made in China sticker on the front. The bricks policy is that once you have picked up the order you can only return if the goods are defective. The supervisor wouldn’t even entertain the fact that I purchased cabinets and had to build them. He would tell me his name bit no last name and would not give me corporate head office number. I will never shop at the brick again… Neither should you.
The warranty company told me they would have someone out in 2 days. I called them everyday for 6 weeks before they finally sent out a guy named Dan to just diagnose the problem. Turns out the motor completely died, ON A BRAND NEW BARELY USED MACHINE! Then he tells me it'll take 2 more weeks to get the new motor before he can install it.
