Hardly ever enough staff, staff never sure what they do and do not carry or where it's located so if they tell you they don't carry something chances are it's on the shelf behind you. Checkout on Babies 'R' Us side can take a long time though the staff are pleasant at least. Pretty common knowledge amongst local Moms that it is a pain in the ass to shop here.
Great place to buy baby gear and items. Any time we have had an issue with a warranty, there has been no issues.
The staff is terrible. Always.
