My friends and I went to Springz today because we thought it'd be a fun activity to do. We paid for 30 minutes of jumping time and a round for "Glo Golf" for $1. After 30 minutes of jumping we went to the mini golf section where we were told we needed a ticket (even after showing our receipt that we paid for mini golf) when returning to the front desk to get this ticket we were told that the employee made a mistake for making the "Glo Golf" $1 and that you have to pay $10 at concession to get this deal. Then laughing with her friend they told us in order to play we either had to spend $10 at the concession stand or pay the rest of the $6. I'm upset because this was your employees error. Not mine so why should my friends and I pay another $10 or $6 again to play one round of mini golf when you already charged us? Will not be returning.

After waiting at stairs for over ten minutes I started walking around asking where we should be as no one had ever come. I actually ushered my kids to the trampolines thinking they could start only to see that all kids were being removed because that time had ended. An employee whose shift hadn’t started yet wouldn’t help so I found an employee supervising a jump zone and asked him; he said to ask that lone worker at the counter who was with new arrivals. Frustrated I told him that it was her who told us to wait at stairs. Meanwhile the dodgeball advertiser was still roaming around not assisting. In the end we lost six minutes of our jump time. If this doesn’t sound like a lot to you keep in mind that for a half hour jump that is fully 20% of your time, and multiplied by two kids this is over $5 in paid time.

Went there for my daughter's birthday with a few of her friends. They had fun. A Sumner deal was available to drum business. Was happy for that. Good place for kids to burn energy.

Gonna give this a 2.5 stars, so a 3 stars is generous. Your mileage may vary.

2nd, your kids can only start jumping at the top and bottom of the hour. If you buy a ticket at 5:05, you have to sit and wait for 25 min. This can be he'll, depending on how many monsters are in the building.

After paying we were advised to wait “at stairs” for next “jump” to start in seven minutes. You can’t just proceed until that time. So had the dodgeball-advertising employee just helped we would have made the prior jump start time.

After 15 minutes the kids wanted a drink and slushees were on the menu: we purchased two and then went to another area to retrieve them. At that time we were told that the machines had just been turned on and were not ready; that they might be ready when our time was up. Why would you sell something, accept the money, and then announce that you can’t provide it? This was all the same person.

On the one hand, kudos to Diana, the lone employee who seemed to be working every single area. On the other, shame on everyone else. Diana did end up approaching later to say the kids could have an extra 10 minutes of jump time to make up for the loss. I appreciate her addressing it; unfortunately my threshold for tolerating poor service had already been reached.

Expensive but lots of fun! We had my daughter's birthday party at Springz last year. The party went really smooth, all of the kids had a blast jumping and playing on the springs. There are party rooms downstairs and food can be ordered like fries and pizza etc. They have go carts & other games to play. They have toddler time for the wee ones to play and not get trampled. Great way to burn off some energy.

There are electric go-cart downstairs, but I haven't tried them.

Overall, a fun place to be, but newcomers have to spend 25 minutes entering information into a computer themselves, which is nonsense. The staff should be doing this, not guests.

Upon arrival, only one person assisting those who arrive. This one person must assist in completing liability waivers and therefore it isn’t fast. We were second in line and waited for 11 minutes from when I started timing it before it was our turn as it was a group party in front of us. This alone wouldn’t be so offensive except one employee was walking around advising patrons of a dodgeball league instead of helping to move people along. A little judgment about priorities would have gone a long way.

1st you should know that you have to buy special jumping socks with rubber traction on the bottom. This is so the kiddies don't break bones.

Disorganized and expensive for understaffed experience. Two kids (8 and 10) = $41 with taxes for one hour, before refreshments. Processes not clear for anyone new. Jump times are staggered and aren’t “upon arrival” so be prepared to earn your kids of a potential wait.
